- You’re not just another client. We care about who we work with and how we can help. And it’s important you know who we are too. When we pick up the phone to each other or meet for a cuppa we want to know what’s going on for you personally. Whether you’re self-employed or a limited company, the person behind the business is the key driver and what your needs are ultimately shape how the business runs. That’s why we take the time to get to know you and what’s most important.

- Sick of leaving messages and getting no response? Or having to fill someone in on what’s happened to date because you’re speaking to a different accountant again? You will have a dedicated accountant to speak to, who knows you and knows your business. Whether you want to send an email, pick up the phone, even send a WhatsApp, you’ll be speaking to someone who can help. We always aim to get back to clients as quickly as possible.
- We’re honest and trustworthy
- It might not always be the easiest conversation to have, but we’ll always let you know what we think is best for you and your business. So many accountants out there will tell you what you want to hear and leave you open to potential regulatory risks. Our priority is keeping you compliant in the most cost effective way, rather than the other way around. If we can’t offer support on a project, we will let you know. Where possible we will try and link you up with someone who can, but we’ll never take something on that we can’t complete for you.

- Ellie gained her ICAEW ACA qualification whilst training with KPMG on one of the best training programmes available. Since then she’s worked as a financial accountant for DFS, a financial and management accountant for Wilko and a Group Accountant for Gleeson Homes. All of these companies were very different to each other, but have provided a wealth of experience. Alongside this, she’s been running a business with her husband for 4 years looking after all things numbers! And with this experience comes contacts, so if we can’t help - we probably know someone who can!
- We know you’re not an accountant
- If you were, you wouldn’t be contacting us! So we know you might not work in spreadsheets or know your debits from your credits. That’s ok, because we do. We can cut through the jargon, take care of the things that need doing and let you know what you need to know. We’re firm believers in no question being a stupid question. So if you have a question on something related to a service you’re paying us for, you can drop us a message. And you won’t get an invoice the next day!
